12 oz (1 pkg) firm or silken tofu
½ cup Suji’s Savory or Spicy Sauce
Marinate for 12-24 hours. Cook over medium heat in a nonstick saute pan over medium with a little vegetable oil until warmed through, about 4-6 minutes. If you like bolder flavors, cook over high heat and caramelize the sauce to the tofu, be sure not to burn the sauce. Serve with steamed white rice, serve immediately. Serves 2.
