Korean Tacos

  • 1 (12 oz) package Suji’s Korean Cuisine Savory Beef or Spicy Pork Bulgogi

  • 4 T Suji’s Korean Savory or Spicy Sauce

  • 8 each 6” flour tortillas

  • 2 cups steamed white rice

  • ½ cup chopped kimchi or Suji’s kimchi vegetable salsa

  • 1 head green leaf lettuce, washed and separated into individual leaves

  • 3 T chopped scallion

  • 1 t toasted sesame seed oil

  • ½ t toasted sesame seeds

Massage the bulgogi in the bag for about 20 seconds to separate the meat. Empty the package into a large nonstick skillet and cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes, or until the meat is warmed through and the sauce has thickened slightly. Mix the rice with the sesame oil and sesame seeds. Lightly steam or warm the tortillas to soften them. To assemble, place a leaf of lettuce over the center of the tortilla. Place a line of the seasoned rice down the center. Top with the meat, kimchi and sauce. Sprinkle the green onions over the top. Fold and enjoy. Serve premade or family style. Serve immediately. Serves up to 8.
